Education: BA in American Lit from USC

Favorite place in Los Angeles: There are so many… I love Huntington Gardens up in Pasadena, the poolside Moroccan bar behind the Figueroa Hotel in downtown, and the weird little park that are hidden all over the Hollywood hills if you know where to look for them.

My favorite meal: Giant bowl of fresh miso ramen soup.

Guilty pleasure: Escaping for lunch to read a book, every single day unless forced at gunpoint.

Unusual talent: I memorize credit card and account numbers, never let me near your wallet. I also spin a fire sword, and whistle exactly like the annoying bird that keeps waking you up in the morning.

Pet(s): Cat brothers Raksha and Takeshi.

Biggest fear: Being bored with no one interesting to talk with.

Pet peeve: People who are socially unaware. They never know when they’re repeating themselves, boring someone, or generally being annoying.

I geek out on: Poker. Seriously I will bore you to death unless you’re a number crunching thrill seeking card junkie. Don’t get me started.

Mac or PC: Lifelong Mac but just bought my first MacBook and I love it.

Technology I can’t live without: Smart phone. Quickly becoming addicted to my iPad as well.

Bucket list: Volcano tour of the world, get lost in the rain forest, sail to Hawaii.

In the zombie apocalypse, I would: Write a questionnaire and gather data on who survives and how. Analyze the results, publish them, and ride the sweet spot until I’m the king of the post-apocalyptic world.
